Decarb Technologies is a US based company dedicated to the development and operation of patented systems that capture, store, and/or repurpose captured CO2.
Decarb Technologies is incorporated in Delaware and maintains R&D operations in Orange, CA and offices in Toronto, ON and Delray Beach, FL.
Following a decade-plus of developing and commercializing various patented technologies within the renewable energy industry covering solar, battery storage & hydrogen, Decarb’s co-founders realized the tremendous need to develop and commercialize a post combustion CO2 system that captures
CO2 in-situ safely, efficiently and at the lowest cost possible.
In 2017, Decarb’s founders piloted Decarb’s first iteration of its in-situ CO2 capture system at a landfill gas site in
Newport Beach, CA. While the first system captured 94% of CO2 emissions, the system required some modifications to improve the operational cost and efficiency of the system to be able to capture CO2 from different flue gases with varying CO2 concentration.
Since 2017, ownership and management of Decarb Technologies has maintained its passionate resolve to develop safe, effective, energy-efficient, and cost-sustainable CO2 capture systems that can remove 90%+ of CO2 emissions from industrial emitters.
